FAQs

  • Yes — I ask all clients to complete a consultation form before their first session. This can be downloaded here.
    I will have a copy of this in the consultation session if you’re not able to edit or print prior to your appointment.

  • There’s no need to dress up — comfort is key.

    In-person: You’re welcome to wear whatever helps you feel relaxed. If we’re doing Reiki or a longer session, soft, loose clothing is ideal. You don’t need to bring anything, but a journal or water bottle is always welcome.

    Online: Try to find a quiet, private space where you can sit or lie down comfortably without distractions. Headphones can be helpful, and you might want a blanket or cushion nearby.

    I’ll let you know if any forms or prep is needed ahead of time — but otherwise, just bring yourself.

  • Payment is kindly requested at least 24 hours in advance of your session.

    I accept bank transfer or cash. Full details will be sent once your appointment is confirmed.

  • Life happens — I completely understand.

    If you need to cancel or move your session, please give at least 24 hours' notice so I can offer the space to someone else.

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged in full.

  • Hypnotherapy:
    We work at the root — not just the surface. For many clients, 2–3 sessions are enough to experience meaningful change. Of course, everyone’s journey is different, but my aim is always to support you in the most effective, focused, and cost-conscious way possible.

    Reiki:
    Reiki works differently — it can be used for emotional clearing, grounding, or simple energetic reset. Some people come for one-off sessions, others build it into their self-care routine. It’s entirely up to you, and I’ll always guide you based on your needs and goals.

    Past Life Regression:
    This can often be a one-off experience focused on exploring a single life or issue. Some clients feel complete after one session; others return to explore more or to go deeper into their healing. It’s entirely guided by what feels right for you.
